helpful staff convenient location super clean room
i appreciated the very helpful staff . the location proved convenient, close to many attractions. the room was super clean upon arrival, a definite plus. i found everything i needed readily accessible.
The room size was smaller than expected. Moving around with luggage proved a bit difficult i have to say.

while there isn't an on-site restaurant, many dining options are close by. i noticed several cafes and restaurants within a short walk, offering diverse choices for meals and snacks so it was easy for me.

my room included a comfortable bed and a small tv. the bathroom was compact but functional with essential toiletries provided. the air conditioning worked well.

small room, SOME issues
leaky shower ignored emails
the room SIZED like a closet. trying to open my suitcase? forget about it. a weird, damp smell constantly filled the air. the staff, they didnt seem too thrilled to be there. emails i sent before? completely ignored. the MOST frustrating part was the leaky shower. water EVERYWHERE.

helpful staff safe location free snack comfy bed
The staff was lovely. Mohudin and george were helpful. the location felt safe and provided easy access to the tube station. i was offered a free snack. the bed was super comfy and gave me the best night's sleep i'd had in a while.
the room was small.
